Keflavik International Airport wins the 2011 Best Regional Airport in Europe

Keflavik Airport received the prestigious award for Best Regional Airport in Europe in the annual ACI Airport Service Quality (ASQ) passenger survey. 
 
"We are extremely proud of this recognition. This award clearly states that we are offering one of the best services in Europe and it motivates us for further improvement. We have used the ASQ survey as an important device to judge which service aspects need to be improved and we´ll continue using this device in the future!” commented Björn Óli Hauksson CEO of Isavia.
