EasyJet Adds Birmingham as a New Destination at Keflavík Airport

British airline easyJet announced its plans for the winter 2024/2025 today. The company revealed that flights between Birmingham in England and Keflavík Airport will begin for the first time in early December. There will be two flights a week between these destinations, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, continuing through the end of March next year.

"We at Keflavík Airport welcome easyJet's decision to add their eighth destination from Keflavík Airport next winter," says Grétar Már Garðarsson, Director of Airline Relations and Route Development. "EasyJet is one of our largest customers. This decision is another sign of the company's strong confidence in Iceland as a destination."

In addition to Birmingham, easyJet offers flights to seven other destinations from which it flies to Keflavík Airport. These are Bristol, Edinburgh, London Gatwick, Luton, Manchester, Milan, and Orly Airport in Paris. Flights between Keflavík Airport and these destinations will begin in early October and continue through the end of March 2025.
